OUR GUARANTEE

Subject to our normal terms & conditions, we guarantee to repair or replace, at our discretion, any furniture or worktop manufactured or supplied by the Westmorland Furniture Company which becomes defective as a result of sub-standard materials or poor workmanship, within one year of the date of invoice. Furniture or worktops that has become defective for any other reason such as accidental damage or misuse is not covered by this guarantee. Worktops should only be treated as per the instruction sheet supplied, any other agents applied to the surface will invalidate this guarantee.

SHOULD YOU NEED TO MAKE A CLAIM

In the unlikely event that you need to claim, you will need proof of purchase i.e. an invoice.

CONDITIONS OF GUARANTEE

The furniture or worktops should be subject to normal contract or domestic use only.
Where any replacement component or material is unavailable Westmorland Furniture reserves the right to offer the nearest equivalent available at the time.
The Guarantee is only valid to the original purchaser.

EXCLUSIONS

Any damage as a result of being marked or scratched by either a sharp object or the use of abrasive or chemical agents.
Any deterioration resulting from fair wear and tear.
It should be noted that timber products will change colour in the normal course of their life and any such discolouration is excluded from this guarantee.
Any deterioration resulting from dampness or excessive temperatures.

THIS GUARANTEE IS IN ADDITION TO AND DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
